The mission of ARK Farms is to provide training throughout the US to organizations and groups to empower young people who have become disempowered, disengaged, and disconnected by providing skills training in teams of peers as part of restorative work to help them unlock their true potential, discover how they are valued as an important part of a group, and to become a meaningfully connected person their community. This training also applies to groups and organizations directly or indirectly impacting young people or their communities.
