ARK Farms is launching forward in a new direction! 

We are so excited to announce that ARK Farms’ Empowerment through Restoration programs are moving beyond the gates of the farm. We are coming to communities across the US - even where you live!  

When we asked our youth advisory board “Can you see?” we realized we could replicate the program principles in communities and areas of opportunity beyond the boundaries of farms or farm animal rescue activities. Youth can collaborate with humans and organizations where they live to build life in their community. The principles we learned from the farm have taught us how to reduce conflict, build sustainable growth, increase empowerment, and develop life-giving skills for people to grow in work, life, and education. Why not share it everywhere?!

How do we build communities? By using our ecosystem model of community building and through our farm-world-famous “No S.C.A.B.S” training (a language-based restoration model meaning: no Sarcasm, Criticism, Accusing, Blaming, Shaming).  

Our No S.C.A.B.S. training empowers individuals to see that each person can and does make a difference. We learn to apply these skills which can empower other individuals, leading us to work together to improve our homes, neighborhoods and our greater community.

This amazing No S.C.A.B.S. training can also be implemented in corporations, schools, police departments, or anywhere people are together. 

We also offer Facilitator training so that businesses, schools, and organizations can continue to see improvement that is sustainable and perpetual. Our teams can even collaborate and co-develop training modules specifically for your location and situation, whether on a farm or beyond.
